The Middle School Scholar Awards

We are pleased to offer Two (2) Middle School Scholar Award for rising 9th grade students. Awards will be presented to successful candidates who have met all requirements during the annual banquet in June. The list of requirements are mandatory in order to be considered for an award. Please read this information carefully and provide all required documentation. Use the list located to the right to ensure a completed application is submitted.

There are no exceptions requirements.

Only online applications will be accepted.

Incomplete applicationspackets will not be reviewed. Any application that does not comply with all procedures and requirements will automatically be declined.

Submission of a completed packet does not guarantee a scholarship.

The application deadline is May 14, 2020.Any Application materials postmarked after the deadline will not be accepted.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Minimum 3.5 GPA for the Junior Academic Achievement Award or 2.5 GPA for Junior
Apprentice Award

A sealed official transcript

One letter of recommendation on official organization letterhead, hand signed and
within the current school year. Recommendation letters cannot be from a relative and must come directly from the writer via mail or their professional email address. All emails should be sent to scholarship@myspbc.org

1 page double spaced essay response to the following topic which must be uploaded with the application: What
would you like to study in college and why?
